Shipping Options-

We process all orders within the first 24 hours after you make your purchase.  If you purchase 2 or more watches, the shipping cost is on us.  The shipping will automatically be taken out of your order.  You won’t have to worry about a thing.  If you purchase 1 watch at a time, it will be just a flat rate of $4.00 for anywhere in the US.

Returns

This has got to be our customers favorite part of Esso Watches.  We keep it very simple for returns.  We will exchange any watch that have any sort of defect or problem within a year of purchase.  Tell me that is not amazing!  Either we are really dumb, or extremely confident in our product quality…you decide!

All sales on this website are final.  We will not issue refunds.

The best way to get your watch back to us so we can replace it, is to throw just the watch (no need to ship back the test tube packaging) into an envelope and mail it to our shipping center:
